The Wixroyd Group is made up of three brands; Wixroyd, Automotion and Teknipart. Each brand specialises in its own collection of products. Together, we manufacture and supply innovative components to provide solutions to product design and engineering challenges.

Over the 70 years, the company changed from Wix and Royd, to Wixroyd Group as we acquired a few other companies, two of which were Automotion and Teknipart. These two brands had a strong expertise and product offering and so their brands remained core parts of the group.  

Each brand has it’s own speciality of products:  
Wixroyd: Design Element, Access Components, Workholding 
Automotion: Linear Components, Mechanical Components, Linkages & Rotary 
Teknipart: Screws & Washers, Threaded Inserts, Quick Release Pin, Access Hardware  

There are some products that you will find on 2 or 3 of the brands catalogues, and there are some that are only available on one brands website. However, you if you wanted to order products across the three brands, you can raise on purchase order containing all products regardless of brand. They will be dispatched together as one delivery, with one invoice.

Yes you can if you send us a purchase order with your selected products. You won’t be able to place one order on the websites containing products from all brands, but we can do this manually for you.  

One company. Even though we have separate brands, we don’t have separate teams for each brand. So you can talk to us about products from all brands.  

Yes you can, our team are familiar with all products from all brands.  

The operating hours of our sales office and technical helpline are Monday-Thursday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm and 8.30 am to 4.30 pm Friday. 

At present, we cannot help people who turn up to our offices without a prearranged appointment. However, we can offer pre-arranged appointments, or alternatively, we are happy to arrange for one of our sales engineers to visit to discuss large potential usage technical applications. Yes we are ISO 14001 and 9001 certified. You can find our certificates in our company information pack.  

You can’t do this via the website, but you can email over a purchase order containing products from all 3 websites.  

No, you only need one set of log in credentials and you can use these for all 3 websites.  

If you order off the 3 websites separately, then yes you will. If you send us one purchase with all products on it, then you will receive one invoice.  

Yes we do. Your credit account will cover you across all 3 brands.

We have many years' experience in shipping our high quality products all over the world. Please see our export procedure statement in our company information pack for more details on how we export our parts (including Incoterms and our EORI numbers). We can offer a number of different dispatch methods. 
 
Please note: “days” are working days (i.e. next day dispatch on Friday means delivery on Monday, the next working day). Saturday delivery is also an option - please phone to discuss. Special dispatches (not shown in the below menu) can be quoted at the time of enquiry or order as the price depends on weight, value of goods and delivery time. 
 
We require payment or receipt of cleared funds before we can start to process your order. On receipt of your order, we will raise a proforma invoice, which we will email to you. We would then ask you to either pay via a secure link by credit card or make a bank transfer. Items that are in stock are usually dispatched on the same day. 

All orders are subject to a £50 minimum order value unless ordered online when we accept minimum order values of £30. 

Carriage charges for items over 50kg or over 1.5m in length will be quoted at the time of enquiry/order.

International Deliveries 
While we can quote shipment costs to international locations, we recommend you use your own carrier/shipper account (such as UPS, Fedex, DHL, TNT etc). Please include these details on your order. If you need us to quote using our own UPS account, this can be done at the time of enquiry or order as the cost depends on weight and delivery time. 

Yes we do. However, our parent company have sites in other countries so we may refer you to them.

If you place one order with products from different brands, then they will arrive together (unless part shipment has been organised). All stock is shipped from the same warehouse, so we can ship stock altogether.  

Yes you can but you need to organise this with our customer service team before placing the order.  

We do not have a trade counter, however you can chat to our sales team for any product and ordering queries.
